1- Delivery Information
For swift and free delivery across the UK, choose ZIUSA LTD. We offer free delivery to England only on all furniture items, including Wardrobes, Sofas, Sofa Beds, and Bedroom sets. For other parts of the UK please see the delivery Map. Enjoy the convenience of having your new furniture delivered to your doorstep, whether you are in London, Manchester, or Edinburgh.
Delivery Information
- Free delivery is available in England Only. For other parts of the UK please see the delivery Map.
- The courier will notify the customer before the exact delivery date.
- Delivery within the estimated time specified in your order.
- Delivery inside your home; additional charges for delivery to floors above the first without a lift.
Delivery Address Upgradation
- Address upgrades must be communicated before order dispatch.
- Additional courier charges will apply for address changes after dispatch.
2- Money Back Guarantee
At ZIUSA LTD, we offer a Money Back Guarantee on all our furniture products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product has any defects or damage, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Conditions:
- Quality issues must be claimed within 3 days of delivery.
- Item must be the same as received and in its original packaging.
- Resolution options include a partial discount, replacement of defective parts, or collection for a full refund.
- ZIUSA LTD is not responsible if the wrong product is ordered or if the product is damaged during customer assembly.
3- Defective or Damaged Item
ZIUSA LTD provides a secure platform for purchasing high-quality furniture with a manufacturing guarantee or warranty.
Note:
- Report defects or damages within 24 hours.
- Replacement parts will be sent for damaged items reported within the specified time frame.
- Customer-damaged products are replaceable with the customer covering the part’s cost.
- Manufacturing defects are covered by ZIUSA LTD for replacement.
4- Return and Refund
Customers seeking a full refund must ensure the item complies with the following terms and conditions.
Conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Packed in the original packaging or resalable condition.
- No harm to the product or packaging.
- Assembly not attempted.
- No modifications accepted.
- The item must be complete with no missing parts.
- Refund requires the return of the item.
5- Return and Exchange
Customers desiring an exchange must adhere to the following terms and conditions within 30 days.
Conditions:
- The customer covers courier charges.
- The item must be in its original packing.
- Item must be the same as received.
- No harm to the product.
- Packaging should not be opened.
- Must be in a re-sellable condition.
6- Change of Mind or Order Cancellation
